2012 Spring Trip

Dear Parents:

The 2012 Spring Trip to Orlando, Florida is scheduled for March 8-12. The buses will leave Heritage High School on Thursday, March 8 @ 7:00 pm and arrive back at Heritage on Monday, March 12 @ 12:00 pm. The price for the trip is approximately $530.00 per student, parent & child (people requesting 2 per room will be required to pay more). This price includes the following:

• 2 nights lodging @ Orlando Vista Hotel
• 2 full breakfast buffets @ hotel (Sat & Sun)
• 2 days admission at Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure
• 2 meal coupons for use @ Universal Orlando Resort
• 1 day admission to Disney World (your choice of which park to attend for entire day)

If we have 57 people or less, then we will take one bus (this will lower the price of the trip)

The band students will be able to participate in two fundraisers: fruit & another fundraiser in January to help toward the cost of the trip. Each student must have all band bills paid in order to go.

A $100.00 deposit toward Spring Trip will be required by November 28, 2011 (this deadline must be met). This will enable us to pay the tour company & transportation deposit required and will let us know the exact amount of people going on the trip.

Payment Schedule:

November 28: $100.00 (deposit)

January 23: $200.00

February 15: $230.00 (maybe less depending on number of buses)
