band members @ HHS (8:00-3:00 pm) PLEASE DON’T SCHEDULE ANY
APPOINTMENTS DURING THIS TIME! $40.00 Band Camp Deposit Due (you may pay the entire amount of $110.00
if you wish) May 27 schedule
will be 8:00-1:00 pm followed by a pool party @ John Sevier Pool till
4:00 pm.
June
9, 16 & 23: Tuesday night rehearsals for all band members (6:00-9:00
p.m.) You may pay your Band Camp
Fee at this time!
July
13-23: BAND CAMP (marching & music) for all band members @ Heritage
High School PLEASE DON’T SCHEDULE ANY APPOINTMENTS DURING THIS TIME!

WHY: The whole idea of band camp is to get
everyone together at one time to learn the 2009 marching show. This time also gives the band a chance to work together as a
a group and learn to depend on each other.
For these reasons, it is IMPERATIVE that each student attend band
camp in order to participate in the Heritage High School Marching Band.
BAND CAMP FEE: $110.00 (BAND SHIRT, INSTRUCTORS, MUSIC (when purchased),
REFRESHMENTS FOR BREAKS, AND ALL OTHER EXPENSES THAT MAY OCCUR) MONEY
MUST BE TURNED IN BY MONDAY, JULY 13 for all participants (make checks
payable to Heritage High School Band)

12:00-1:00-LUNCH
